Us
The mission of Everyday Well-being is to educate the public and increase access to and participation in activities and practices that improve health, longevity, and well-being. We aim to strengthen interpersonal connections and increase
vitality, resilience, and health available to as many
people as possible by offering free, donation-based
classes, workshops, and events.
We aim to create a safe and inclusive space for people of all genders, races, classes, cultures, ethnicities, and abilities. It is our intention to be actively anti-racist, anti-classist, anti-ableist, and anti-ageist.
